Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about cars? ORACLE Lighting is looking for a driven Automotive Lighting Technician to join our award-winning team. This role is essential in supporting our product development efforts by helping install, test, and evaluate prototype lighting solutions. You’ll not only be installing products,you will be working directly with R&D to provide technical feedback that shapes the next generation of automotive lighting products.

KeyResponsibilities:
-Assist in installing, testing, and validating prototype products on a wide range of vehicles.
-Provide hands-on feedback to the R&D team regarding fitment, performance, and ease of installation.
-Support new product development efforts by helping evaluate design iterations and documenting findings.
-Perform custom lighting installations, including LED headlights, halo kits, DRLs, underglow, and interior lighting.
-Assemble and build custom lighting components including headlights, fog lights, and tail lights.
-Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
-Assist with technical support via phone and CRM platforms to share firsthand product knowledge.
-Follow detailed build instructions and verify all materials are prepared prior to each build.
-Conduct final inspections and quality checks before products ship to customers.
-Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
-Experience with automotive 12V systems, electronics, or lighting installations is a strong advantage.
-Familiarity with soldering, wiring, and custom installs preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation.
-Positive attitude and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as reaching, standing, and balancing on/around vehicles.
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
