Responsibilities:
Expertly diagnose, maintain, and repair diverse automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, and more. (Guidance and mentorship available for less experienced technicians)
Partner seamlessly with Service Advisors to ensure transparent communication with customers regarding service needs and completion timelines.
Adhere to manufacturer's guidelines, especially when executing warranty-covered repairs.
Administer test drives pre and post-service to maintain our commitment to quality.
Consistently uphold and advocate for the company's safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Strongly preferred: 2 or more years of experience as an automotive technician.
Profound to fundamental understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license.
Eagerness to learn and adapt, with an emphasis on continuous professional growth.
Mastery over a range of automotive tools and equipment. Familiarity for those newer to the field.
Physical capability to undertake tasks associated with automotive repair.
ASE certifications or similar credentials are highly regarded but not compulsory.
