JOB SUMMARY
Office Equipment Technician will be responsible for the care and maintenance of field installed business equipment such as copier-based MFPs, printers, wide format devices, VoIP Phones, etc. Applicant will be required to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, customer service, cooperation, attendance and professionalism.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Works under the direction of a Senior Technician and Parts Manager.
WORK PERFORMED
Accurately diagnose, repair and maintain copiers, printers, etc. in optimum operating condition within manufacturers published electrical, mechanical, and copy quality specifications.
Maintain customer satisfaction through on-going needs analysis and equipment performance feedback.
Assist with setting up equipment, deliveries and routine warehouse maintenance.
Complete required paperwork neatly, accurately and on time.
Project a positive image through proper attire, communication skills and personal grooming.
EXPERIENCE
Experience and certified manufacturer training on copiers and printers is preferred. General knowledge of electronics, mechanical devices, the use of test instruments, hand tools, computers, basic networking, and digital document solutions is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Involves bending over and lifting heavy objects. Considerable driving necessary. Unrestricted driver's license required.
