Gallery Director — French Quarter (Confidential Gallery)
An established French Quarter art gallery is hiring a Gallery Director. This is a full-time, independent role for someone who enjoys sales, takes ownership, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
About the Role:
Full responsibility for daily gallery operations.
Engage with clients, guide them through art selections, and close sales.
Develop strategies to grow sales and build long-term client relationships.
Manage events, inventory, and admin tasks with attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid sales experience — luxury retail, gallery sales, or high-end client services preferred.
Strong people skills — confident, professional, and personable.
Highly self-motivated — able to work independently without constant supervision.
Organized and reliable — attention to detail matters.
A genuine appreciation for fine art and design.
Compensation:
Base + commission.
