Who We Are:
Human Horse Races is a quirky and community-driven festival where revelers race in silly horse masks, compete in costume contests, and enjoy food and arts vendors, all while raising money for a LA horse sanctuary. Our event is like no other, and we’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and supporting artists and culture-bearers.
We’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for someone who shares our energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to making Human Horse Races bigger and better each year. This is a part-time position (25hrs/wk) that offers unlimited income potential, with 15% commissions that grow with every sponsorship you bring in. You’ll work closely with us, including brief daily check-in calls to ensure everything stays on track and is moving forward.
Your Role in the Herd:
This isn’t your typical desk job. As our Sponsorship Coordinator & Developer, you’ll have a dynamic, hands-on role that includes:
Sponsorship Acquisition and Management:
Help us secure business sponsors and donations, coordinate deliverables, and keep our sponsors thrilled.
Networking Pro:
Connect with businesses and community leaders by business doing walk-ins, calls, and emails.
Follow-Up Guru:
Regularly follow up with prospective clients to build relationships, secure commitments, and keep momentum going.
The Deal:
We get it—money matters. Here’s how this works:
15% Commissions on every secured Sponsorship or Donation
Unlimited Income Potential: The more sponsorships and donations you bring in, the more commission you earn. Your success is our success, and we’ll celebrate it with you.
With our goal at raising $50,000 by September 1st, you can be making $1,000 or more per month in this part-time position.
