Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a short term government contract. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting external users and calls/tickets in the ticketing system. Must have an Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst include:- Working with external customers and the service desk team supporting software applications
- Answer 25-30+ calls/tickets per day
- Ability to prioritize tasks and tickets that come in
- Handle high call volume on a day to day basis
- 1-3+ years of end-user/service desk support
- Knowledgeable with Remedy, ServiceNow or other similar ticketing systems
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Preferred Certifications: Security+ CE, CySA+, SSCP, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC
- Must have an Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
- Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
