Nola - centric Boutique Sales Supervisor

Location: iconic French Quarter - 2 storefronts - immediate expansion

Pop City and The Crescent Collection are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Boutique Sales Supervisor and a full-time sales associate for our fashion-forward and Nola-centric retail store. These roles require an individual who demonstrates initiative, takes charge of sales goals, and showcases outstanding leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire the sales team to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Meet your own goals too.

2. Be a team player with a can do, positive attitude.

3. Maintain the operational and organizational standards of the store.

4. Proactively deal with customer service issues and ensure a superior shopping experience for customers.

5. Implement visual standards and maintain store appearance.

Requirements:

1. Previous supervision experience in a retail setting and in a boutique setting.

2. Proven track record of sales goal achievement.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

6. Enthusiasm and knowledge about fashion trends.

7. Exceptional selling skills
