Show Me Fireworks is looking for enthusiastic, high energy, self-motivated, business minded people to operate a retail fireworks tent this summer season (as well as future winter and summer seasons). The ideal candidate will have sales and customer service experience, excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
Prior retail management, cash control experience, knowledge of fireworks as well as fireworks safety regulations and a passion to help bring joy to families are a plus.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, be able to work long hours including weekends and holidays, can work well under a fast paced, high-pressure environment, must have a credit score of at least 620 and must be able to pass a criminal background check.
This is a great opportunity for individuals as well as groups. Individuals with summers off - school workers, college students, retirees, etc. This is also an excellent fund-raising opportunity for non-profit groups, school bands, churches, veteran groups, civic groups, etc. The more sales-oriented workers/volunteers you have, the more money can be made
