As an AC Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing repairs, the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.

Qualifications
Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
Responding to resident service requests with a friendly and positive demeanor
Keeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenance
Collaborating with team members to improve service efficiency
What we are looking for:
Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
Ability to work on-call as needed
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be certified to work with refrigerant. We can assist with testing and certification.
Tools, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. (We can assist with tools purchase if needed!)
