WE ARE A SMALL HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICE PROVIDER SEEKING A FRIENDLY DEDICATED AND ORGANIZED OFFICE COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THE OFFICE COORDINATOR WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN SUPPORTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS OF OUR OFFICE AND ENSURING THE SMOOTH OPERATION OF OUR SERVICES. THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ABILITY TO MULTITASK, ASSIST WITH DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS INCLUDING ANSWERING PHONES RESPONDING TO EMAILS, MAINTAINING ACCURATE CLIENT RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS, ASSIST WITH BILLING AND INVOICING PROCESS, AND SUPPORT STAFF WITH ADMINSTRATIVE TASKS AS NEEDED.KNOWLEDGE OF HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES IS A PLUS.
