If so, join our team as the Assistant Manager at our 300-unit upscale apartment community in Elmwood: Clearwater Creek, and help prospective residents find their perfect home!
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins
Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
Assist with marketing efforts and community events
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales and customer service; experience in property management preferred
Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred, or willingness to learn
A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed
