Shows apartments and explains the occupancy terms to prospective tenants.
Informs’ prospective tenants of the availability of nearby schools, shopping malls, recreational facilities, and public transportation.
Rents or leases apartments, collects security deposit as required, and completes lease form outlining conditions and terms of occupancy. Collects rents due and issues receipts.
Operations - Assists in walking units, getting units ready for rentals and takes maintenance requests. Must have excellent communication skills.
