We are a small, often fun, sometimes hectic, office looking for someone to make sure bills are paid, mail opened, phone calls and emails are sent, tasks are followed through. Please be able to multi task and keep things humming along.
Cheerful, organized, patient, self starters are welcome. Dog lovers always welcome!
Much of the work is related to property management and hospitality
Be able to write well and at the minimum create spreadsheets in order to track bills, payments, vendors, tenants, etc. If you know quickbooks and/or have some experience with payroll, even better!
Casual environment and flexible hours, approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly as a start. If you have other skills (related to hospitality) and are looking for additional work and hours there may be potential to grow.
Some remote work possible.

Salary: $16 and up, depending upon skills and background.
