Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Marketing/SEO/Office Manager. This multifaceted position requires a candidate who is proficient in various areas including SEO website management, email scheduling, wholesale and retail customer management, wholesale account management, private label account management, social media management (across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok), content creation, inventory management (as needed), and experience with Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
Responsibilities:
SEO Website & Listings: Ensure our website and listings are optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
Email Scheduling: Manage and schedule email campaigns to engage with our customer base effectively.
Wholesale and Retail Customers: Oversee relationships with both wholesale and retail customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Wholesale Account Management: Manage wholesale accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and customer support.
Private Label Account Management: Coordinate with private label accounts to fulfill their specific requirements and maintain positive relationships.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Content Creation: Create compelling content such as graphics, videos, and blog posts to support marketing efforts and engage our audience.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Experience with Adobe Suite: Utilize Adobe Suite tools for graphic design, photo editing, and content creation.
Experience with Google Analytics: Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize marketing strategies.
Experience with Shopify: Manage our Shopify platform, including product updates, order fulfillment, and website maintenance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, SEO, and management roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media management across multiple platforms.
