We are looking for a Construction Coordinator for a growing Disaster Response and Construction Company in the New Orleans area. Patriot Response Group is a full-service emergency management firm offering more than 60 years of combined leadership experience in disaster response, recovery, and construction services. Operating in the U.S. and its territories, we focus on regions with limited resources and communities devastated by hurricanes, tornados, and severe flooding. Our multidisciplinary staff collaborate to provide services including initial disaster relief, temporary and permanent emergency repairs, mitigation and remediation, temporary housing solutions, disaster readiness planning, and data management. The Construction Coordinator is expected to manage, coordinate and implement all phases of the administration of multiple residential construction rehabilitation, demolition and reconstruction projects from permitting through to completion.
Construction experience is not required.
Duties to include:
Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, invoicing and scheduling
Assist field superintendents with scheduling
Collaborate with inspectors and subcontractors on permits and inspections
Must have excellent computer skills
Detail oriented and organized
Excellent customer service skills
A self starter with the ability to work unsupervised
