We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
Detail vehicles meticulously, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility and parking areas.
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area and equipment, adhering to custodial standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in custodial work or maintaining cleanliness in a professional setting is beneficial.
A valid driver's license is required for driving customer vehicles safely.
