Summary
Part-time/Full-time dental assistant needed at a periodontal office between Touro Hospital and Magazine Street. The assistant is responsible for supporting and aiding Dr. Soileau and the dental hygienist.
Responsibilities
Assist with seating patients and taking vitals, sterilizing rooms and instruments, stocking rooms, periodontal charting and chairside assistance, taking x-rays, insurance filing and other general assistance within the office.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player. Have a good attitude toward patients and staff. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. EDDA preferred. Previous experience in dentistry is a plus, but not required.
