Sylvain is the first restaurant opened by LeBlanc and Smith in 2010. Our other properties include Barrel Proof, The Chloe, The Will and The Way, and Anna’s in the Marigny.
Located in the heart of the French Quarter, Sylvain is an unruly bistro-style space with a fabulous copper-top bar and a gorgeous courtyard. We serve Southern and European inspired gastro-pub type cuisine.
We are currently hiring in the position of server/host. Hourly rate starts at $7.25 plus tips with an average take home of $800-$1000 for 30 hours paid WEEKLY.
