We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation and growth of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:Oversee and lead a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to maintain high standards of service.
Conduct regular team meetings, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operations Management:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to maintain a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
Menu and Product Management:Collaborate with the kitchen manager to develop and refine the menu, ensuring variety, quality, and implement our standards.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain an adequate supply of high-quality ingredients.
Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.
Marketing and Promotions:Develop and create promotional campaigns and events that drive customer traffic and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the restaurant industry. Breakfast restaurant experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in financial management and business acumen.
Understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house management.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant-related technology.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions to resolve issues.
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
