Pasta On The Fly is recruiting an Experienced Prep Cook to add to our talented team.
The position will require morning shifts beginning at 10:30am throughout the week and weekends. The individual for this position is self motivated, familiar with BOH kitchen responsibilities, has strong knife skills and maintains a high level of cleanliness in the work environment, and can maintain par levels in a fast paced kitchen. These skills are an ABSOLUTE job requirement.
