Fleur De Lis is a busy brunch restaurant located in the French Quarter of New Orleans. We pride ourselves on providing quality food and excellent service in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for reliable line cooks who can keep up with the pace and work well as part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Assist with prep work and other tasks as needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience as a line cook, especially in a high-volume restaurant, is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
