Lead line cook is needed for classic French bistro on Esplanade Ave.
Cafe Degas is hiring for a new full time lead cook to solidify our brigade. This cook must have experience leading a brigade through busy services. Must be a good communicator, hardworking and capable cook. Knowledge and understanding of French cuisine and techniques is a plus.
Schedule and pay will be dependent upon experience and discussed more in depth at the interview.
There will also be allot room for creating new dishes and specials alongside the sous chef and executive chef.
