```Duties```
As a Host at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Managing reservations and walk-in guests using OpenTable software
- Providing excellent guest services by attending to guests' needs promptly
- Assisting with to-go orders and ensuring accuracy
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure efficient service
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism
- Operating the Aloha POS system efficiently
```Qualifications```
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
