Seeking a morning person with a friendly personality and a passion for providing excellent customer service! We are looking for a dedicated Host/Hostess to join our team at a busy breakfast restaurant in the Bywater. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Answer telephone
- Roll Silverware
- Sweep
- Manage waitlist efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and roll ups
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Assist servers and other staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is a must
