We’re hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Guest Service Associates to join our dynamic team in the heart of New Orleans! If you love interacting with travelers from all around the world and providing excellent service, this is the job for you.
Position Details:
Pay: $14.00-$14.28 per hour (+$1 shift differential for overnight shifts)
Shifts: Flexible availability for AM/PM shifts

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests, manage reservations, and give hostel tours
Ensure the safety and security of the hostel and guests
Maintain reports and perform tasks like cleaning, laundry, and food prep
Promote HI USA’s mission of fostering cultural understanding through hostelling
Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Customer service or hostelling experience preferred
Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and cash handling
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
