Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Hospitalty & Food Service Family Member to join our team. As a Family Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.
This role is the backbone of our company. Interacting with our customers, advising them on wine, cheese, and food products takes a level of strong communication and food knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, consitency, and a high level of customer service
Skills (no cooking skills needed)
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in food preparation and culinary techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
