Our stewards are responsible for
Handling, washing, and polishing luxurious dinnerware.
Handling, steaming high end linens.
Daily inventory
Dish room maintenance and cleanliness
Working under and assisting our ware master
Job Requirements
2 years’ experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
Ability to carefully handle expensive ware.
Enthusiastic, coachable, and reliable team player
Knowledge in cleaning products and chemicals
Interest in personal growth and development
Open availability
