The candidate must have culinnary experience. Job requirements are, seasoning and trimming meat for smoking, preparation, frying, general cleaning. Must have a clear understanding of heating food and standard health department requirments. Safe-serve certificate is sugested. Must be a team player. Must feel comfortable communicating with guests.
