Doorman
Responsibilities:
1. Greet patrons entering the establishment in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Maintain orderliness and control of crowd flow, particularly during peak hours.
3. Verify age and identification of patrons to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
4. Monitor the premises for any suspicious or unauthorized activity and report incidents to management or authorities as necessary.
5. Assist with crowd management and queue control during busy periods.
6. Provide assistance and information to patrons regarding venue policies, events, and nearby amenities.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
8. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
9. Handle any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
10. Uphold the venue's standards of conduct and enforce rules and regulations as necessary.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong customer service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
4. Knowledge of legal drinking age requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.
5. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
6. Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
9. Must pass any required background checks or licensing exams.
