Dishwasher - Surrey's Café, days only/ 7am - about 2 or 3pm.
Surrey's Café, is a neighborhood breakfast/lunch restaurant that’s been in operation for 23 years. We absolutely appreciate the hard work that goes into being a dishwasher.
Lately we are super busy so we are looking for a backup dishwasher to help our current dishwasher.
Position hours: Thursday through Monday, 7am – about 2pm; Regular dishwasher comes in at 10am to close.
Duties include the usual:
Wash dishes throughout the day
Wash pots and pans at the beginning and end of the day
Pull full bus tubs from dining room
Put clean dishes in appropriate locations
Sweep and mop floor at the end of the day
Keep dish area tidy
Pull trash cans to curb for pickup
Fold cardboard boxes
Weekly cleaning duties
We work really hard to make our work environment pleasant with no drama. Seems like our kitchen crew spends a lot of time shootin' the shit.
The restaurant is open 5 days a week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Operation hours are 8am – 3pm.
