Part-Time Position
Health Care Option (full time positions)
Prepare all dessert and baked good items on the menu using our standard recipes for preparation of all products
Must be service-oriented, happy, with outgoing personality
Must be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus along with the items’ preparations, ingredients, and sourcing
Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures and perform other related duties as assigned
Complete a Daily Prep List and Closing Checklist for each shift for assigned duties while maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
Promptly report all product shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to manager
Assisting with stocking and setting up the dessert station
Follow plating and display standards
Maintain inventory of prepped ingredients, Daily count of inventory
Properly label and store ingredients
Maintain good communication with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Perform secondary responsibilities
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, and reaching
Must be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
