We're looking for a full-time baker with a true passion for baking and a can-do attitude. For the right candidate, there is potential to quickly grow into Assistant Head Baker — a new role that would entail assisting our head baker to maintain a high standard of quality and be the point of contact when they are not in.

We need a reliable early bird who enjoys high-volume production but never loses sight of each individual item. You're always looking to to work smarter, not just harder. The role includes prepping all mise en place from scratch, mixing and shaping breads, and baking both breads and viennoiserie, as well as giving and receiving feedback professionally and potentially leading the team when the head baker is off.

At least one year of professional bread baking experience is required. This job is physical and requires the ability to work on your feet and regularly lift up to 50lbs.

The schedule is 4am - 12:30pm, 5 days a week.

Full-time staff are also eligible for vacation (up to 5 days accrued/year) and a health insurance stipend on our company plan after 3 months. Starting base pay is $14-16 + tips. Tips are split hourly among staff and average an additional $4-8+/hr.
