We're looking for a warm and welcoming hospitality professional to join our team, creating and serving impeccable cocktails to our guests in our lively classic cocktail bar and courtyard, housed within The Celestine Hotel. Once home to creator of the legendary bitters, Antoine Amadee Peychaud, and his wife, Celestine, our historic and charm-filled courtyard is the perfect setting for guests to experience true New Orleans hospitality .
With our inviting ambiance, a harmonious blend of history and modernity, we pride ourselves on offering a range of unique features to enhance our guests' experience from expertly crafted cocktails to special events and live entertainment, something special always happens here.
Requirements:
-Classic cocktail knowledge and experience
-Ability to work at least shifts a week, must be available nights and weekends
-Potential for pick up shifts and possible Full Time position available in Fall
-A passion for food, beverage and hospitality
-Creative and engaged approach
Compensation:
Above Industry Starting Hourly plus a percentage from the daily tip pool.
