Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista & Café Associate to join our team. This role includes preparing beverages, serving guests at our drive-through and walk-up window, and supporting private events and on-site catering. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers at the drive-through, walk-up window, and café counter with a friendly, positive attitude
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to café standards
Assist in food preparation and presentation, including crepes and other menu items
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety standards
Support private events and on-site catering with setup, service, and breakdown as needed
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Qualifications:
Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required—training provided
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
Open availability preferred (mornings, evenings, weekends, and some events)
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
