Hello,
NightBloom Bar is a late night cocktail spot located in the Bywater. We hope to find a barback who likes a fine beverage and can uphold the feel of a neighborhood hub. We do not serve food, but we do host frequent pop ups. We are highly focused on creating an exciting and easy-to-drink cocktail menu that is executed by 1-2 bartenders and are ready for some additional support from a barback.
This position will be compensated at $13 p/h + 10% of tips for the day. Barbacks will rotate through various tasks that range from checking ID’s, moving through the space to ensure guest areas are welcoming, providing hospitality, juicing, stocking, assisting with closing duties and maintaining glassware.
Currently, we are hiring to fill closing shifts on Friday and Saturday from 8pm-3am. Being able to work these shifts is required.
