- Excellent customer service and communication skills wanted. The BOH staff works to keep a calm and professional demeanor throughout the day. We are a high-volume establishment and work very hard to keep a positive mindset while working together.
- Must be flexible
- Flexible scheduling. The shops are typically closed for most major holidays however we are very busy surrounding those days so time off requests may be restricted.
- Potential to work at BOTH of our locations (Uptown and Downtown CBD)
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking, and team oriented
Job Responsibilities:
- Job entails prepping and executing the shop’s basic menu of sandwiches, salads, and small plates along with a rotating cast of specials. Additionally, preparing catering platters. Creative involvement is encouraged. Ingredients for specials may be sourced from local farms and cheese makers around the world.
- Opportunity to participate in house charcuterie program and to learn about cheese
- This is a physical work environment, potentially on your feet for 7+ hours a day
- Must be able to lift 40-50lbs
- Must be available for weekends, operating hours are between 9a-7pm depending on the day, must be flexible to work within the operating hours
- Shared dishwashing throughout the day

- Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience. Raises and upward mobility available based on performance. Plus, tips which range anywhere from $7-$17+/hour (depending on the season) on top of your hourly rate.
- Paid time off after one year of employment
- Offering Educational Stipend Program. After 24 months, all employees are eligible for an educational stipend of up to $500 to expand and improve their expertise in their chosen field. After 36 months, the stipend is increased to $2000. More details available during interview process.
