Description We have an opening for an Office Manager with our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Office Manager will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing various administrative tasks. This is a short-term contract opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed Assist staff with administrative tasks such as copying and scanning documents Manage scheduling of meetings and conference room reservations Maintain a professional presence at the front desk Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Outlook, for various tasks Coordinate office remodeling and moving activities, demonstrating strong organizational skills Assist in ordering lunch and other office supplies as needed Handle email marketing and creation of marketing materialsRequirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Demonstrated experience in customer service Ability to perform administrative tasks such as copying and scanning documents Experience in managing conference room setup and cleanup Proficient in scheduling and calendar management Ability to organize meetings effectively Experience in email marketing and preparation of marketing material Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirementsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
