The Opportunity

As an Associate Key Account Manager at Cint you will manage and grow a portfolio of key US-based and global brand accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, strategically defend and expand revenue streams, and develop tailored account plans to meet client needs. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to the success of both your clients and the growing Global Strategic Account team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What you will doDevelop and maintain strong client relationships: Build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at each account.Revenue Management:Strategically defend existing revenue streams.Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.Negotiate and close complex deals.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that outline key objectives, strategies, and tactics for each account.Client Advocacy:Become a trusted advisor to your clients, providing expert guidance on market research best practices and Cint's solutions.Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.Ensure client satisfaction and retention.Collaboration:Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Mentor and coach junior Account Managers: Share best practices, provide guidance on client challenges, and contribute to their professional development.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business needs.Travel: Occasional travel will be required for client-side visits.Office Visits: Willingness to travel to the New Orleans office for onboarding and quarterly team meetings is required
