Hotel 10 Extended Stay is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you have great customer service skills, enjoy working in a hospitality environment, and are detail-oriented, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out guests in a courteous and efficient manner
Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries both in person and over the phone
Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
Assist with other hotel-related duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of booking systems is a plus
Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
