Develop policies, rules and procedures governing use of Solomon North Support Coordination Services of St. Tammany resources
Provide statewide policy direction and conduct staff training to ensure consistent use of tools and application
Develop training materials to ensure that content supports support coordinators work processes and features in software applications used by support coordinator staff
Provide staff with consultation and technical support regarding use of support coordination resource
Track trends and analyze data to evaluate use and effectiveness of support coordination system in an effort to make cost effective improvements that maximize efficiencies in meeting policy standards
Consider all legislative mandates and compliance requirements with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to make certain the Administration is meeting the intended requirements and is able to report data accurately to ensure compliance
Solicit input from staff for change requests to the support coordination system procedures/tools and strategize solutions to make information systems as user friendly as possible
Respond to emergencies, projects, extraordinary incidents or work tasks that require employee response
Participate on statewide workgroups as assigned, involving planning, policy development, system development, etc.
