Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (45 hours/week)
Our well-established, family-owned business has proudly served the community for over 50 years, with loyal customers spanning multiple generations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable professional to manage the accounting and administrative operations of our mini storage facility.
This is a key position within our organization, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of independently overseeing a busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processing
General administrative duties and office management
Managing unit rentals and processing monthly tenant payments
Utilizing rental management software (no prior experience needed; training provided)
Answering phones and assisting customers professionally and courteously
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous experience in accounting and office administration preferred
Comfortable learning and using basic computer software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
