Responsibilities include:
Set up and invoicing of new customers in Quickbooks.
Initiate collections on past-due accounts
Engage management over any AR problems you encounter
Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions
Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
Make bank deposits and post daily deposits in QB
Provide administrative support for operations team
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Qualifications and skills:
Must be proficient and skilled in Quickbooks Online Software
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision and little guidance
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years experience working in a Team office setting
Customer-service oriented
Accounting department experience required
