Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all financial transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with numbers and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Ability to reconcile multiple bank accounts
Ability to work on Excel spreadsheets
Issue approximately 300 checks per month
Post and distribute rental payments and mortgage payments for approximately 100+ rental units
Keep accurate records
Reconcile credit card accounts
Make deposits at multiple banks
Maintain financial records
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform data entry tasks.
Organize office files and documents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
