Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the processing of vendor invoices, expense receipts and signed&stamped delivery tickets into the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Input vendor invoices and expense receipts into the system.
Verify vendor statements against system records.
Obtain signed and stamped delivery tickets from customers.
Review discrepancies with purchasers and customers.
Upload signed and stamped delivery tickets into the system.
Issue deposit slips for checks received.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
