Our client in the aerospace industry is seeking a Contract Administrator II-ADV to join their team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be the primary customer interface for contracting matters and responsible for establishing and maintaining trust and cooperation while ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions, company policies, and financial objectives for successful contract execution. You will work closely with government and commercial customers, as well as representatives from Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Collins Aerospace Leadership.Job Title: Contract Administrator II-ADVLocation: Monroe, NCPay Range: $41.06 per hourWhat's the Job?
Manage the contractual relationship with the customer, a large aerospace manufacturer.
Work with the customer to obtain quote approvals, resolve overdue accounts receivable issues and/or request the needed information to process the units.
Ensure proper dissemination of contractual obligations and requirements.
Work with International Trade Compliance to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.
Understand and support internal financial goals (milestones, progress payments, payment terms, cash collection, etc.).
What's Needed?
University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Experience with O365, PowerPoint & Excel.
SAP experience preferred.
Financial experience, including contract pricing preferred.
Aerospace Business Experience preferred.
