Business Analyst

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst at our Mandeville, Louisiana location. The Business Analyst will be an integral part of our team, focusing on processing and maintaining customer applications and records, resolving inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. The individual will be involved in various aspects of the business process functions using tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Microsoft applications. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Carry out gap analysis and AB testing to improve business processes Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records Handle customer inquiries and resolve them proficiently Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and document business processes Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents Manage claim administration effectively Leverage knowledge and experience in documentation systems for project management. Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential for managing projects and tasks. Prior experience with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and interactions. Ability to conduct Gap Analysis to identify and rectify discrepancies between business requirements and current capabilities. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and document creation. Experience with AB Testing to evaluate user experience and product performance. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team performance and project delivery. Understanding of Business Process Functions to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Capability to create Business Requirement Documents that clearly outline the needs and expectations of the business. Experience in Claim Administration, including processing, handling, and managing claims.
