We are looking for a Sales Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team, helping us deliver top-tier renovation projects while managing client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.
Job Overview:
As a Sales Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a key role in both estimating costs for projects and overseeing their successful completion. You will be responsible for generating accurate and competitive quotes, managing timelines, budgets, and teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Estimation:
o Meet with potential clients to assess project needs, provide expert advice, and deliver accurate estimates for roofing, eavestrough, fascia, soffit, and siding.
o Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
o Work closely with clients to understand their project goals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all estimates meet their needs.
o Maintain knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide competitive quotes.
Project Management:
o Oversee the entire lifecycle of exterior renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of the project summary and timely delivery of materials and services.
o Manage and track project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
o Act as the main point of contact for clients and resolving any concerns that arise.
o Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
Insurance Inspections:
o Assist clients with insurance inspection processes, working closely with adjusters to ensure accurate assessments for claims related to exterior renovations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales estimating or project management within the exterior renovation industry (roofing, siding) is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of materials, processes, and regulations in the renovation and construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
