The Medve Group, Inc. is a property management and investment company specializing in multi-family investments and management of communities in five states.
We are actively seeking a Groundskeeper / Porter to assist full-time in Lafayette, LA. He/she will be responsible for the upkeep of grounds, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and common areas of Plantations at Lafayette and Grove at Plantation.
Duties:
Daily removal of trash from office, clubhouse and exterior of buildings
Perform general custodial functions including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
Ensure property curb appeal meets and/or exceeds management expectations
Assist make-ready team in the cleaning and preparation of market ready units
Report any maintenance concerns to the maintenance supervisor
Communicate professionally with residents, guest and staff
Various other tasks as needed
