- Demonstrate your excellent technical analysis, software development skills using Hadoop, Python, Mainframe, DB2 and Teradata, your attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced development environment.
- Make decisions quickly in consultation with team members and domain authorities.
- Display your strong functional analysis and abilities in finding quality technical solutions to business needs.
- Perform data analysis, data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality analysis in various layers using Database queries.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and detailing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work on a variety of projects and improvements on the Hadoop platform. Assist with the preparation of processes and frameworks.
- Work with business partners, Solution Designers, BSAs, team members and other SMEs to understand high-level business requirements.
- Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions for encouraged results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing; participate in the testing of developed systems/solutions.
- Adhere to existing processes and standards. Prioritize and handle own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
- Support a positive work environment that promotes service to business, quality, innovation, partnership and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
- Strong Hands-on Hadoop, Python, Mainframe, DB2 and Teradata experience.
- Experience in analysis, design, development, support, and improvements in data warehouse environment with Data Technologies with a minimum of 6 years experience in MapReduce, Sqoop, PySpark, Spark, HDFS, Hive, Impala, Oozie, Hue, Kafka, Yarn, Python.
- Experience with Agile methodologies to iterate quickly on product changes.
- Required educational qualification is bachelor's in Computer science or in related subject.
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Desired qualifications:
- Prior Healthcare Industry experience Experience with SAS along with front-end experience would be nice, (.NET, C#, Angular) Object-oriented languages: C, C, Java or any other OO compiled language Scripting languages: Java Script & Type Script.
- Web development frameworks: React, Node.js, Django and Flask etc. Est.
