Technical Product Owner (FHIR)Category: Business Analysis (functional and technical)Main location: United States, Louisiana, LafayetteAlternate Location(s): United States, Connecticut, BloomfieldUnited States, North Carolina, RaleighUnited States, Texas, DallasPosition ID: J0225-0541Employment Type: Full TimeU.S. - The best version of me (https://youtu.be/YSXgCJSXL44)By playing this video you consent to Google/YouTube processing your data and using cookies –Learn more (xweb.asp?clid=21001&page=cookiespolicy#integrationofyoutube) .Position Description:The best version of us starts with You!CGI is seeking for a Senior Technical Product Owner who will be responsible for managing and championing product development and management of our Client’s Interoperability Ecosystem based on FHIR.The Product Owner will harness a combination of product management, API’s, big data, data science and analysis skills to closely collaborate across engineering and respective business functions to define feature sets, aid in the design of solutions and build, deploy and drive adoption of the interoperability capabilities.This role can be performed from client sites in Lafayette, LA (Preferred), Bloomfield, CT, Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or Chatanooga, TN in a Hybrid Model.Your future duties and responsibilities:Act as a one of the product owners of Client’s Interoperability Ecosystem to deliver results for internal and external business partners and customers.Author documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, business requirements and functional specifications.When applicable, write, prioritize, sequence, test, and accept features, user stories, and defects.Drive product development across partners, vendor, and teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, Legal, and Marketing) through business requirements, design, implementation, and deployment.Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing features, architectural improvements, and operational excellenceLead the development of reporting, insights and operational metrics that measure customer experience quality, and turn this data into insightful recommendations for the businessWork collaboratively with Engineering as an advocate for the needs of our customers.Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms and identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare community and innovations by interviewing prospective and existing consumers to determine needs for product roadmap directionDive deep into customer and system data to perform analysis. Define, track, and analyze key API usage, adoption, and performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations.Provide subject matter expertise to help understand positioning and key value propositions through internal communication channels (blogs, presentations, case studies).Monitor project execution and ensuring that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target dates.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:At least 6+ years of experience in as a Technical Product Owner analyzing API and or data solutions.Experience driving agile and/or lean product development with demonstrated record of delivering solutions to internal stakeholders and/or external market segmentsDirect relevant work experience developing API and or data solutionsExperience and knowledge of the big data landscape (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Cloud-based storage/compute/network infrastructure as well as data processing solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP)Understanding of analytics and data science processes including model development lifecycle, model performance management and governance, and software development lifecycle.Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking and communication skills through whiteboarding, presentations, and written content creation.Experience with Hl7 FHIR standards.Nice to Haves:Finance or Healthcare data and analytics industry experience (provider, payer, medical, pharmaceutical or health services)Demonstrated record of building data capabilities (vs. turn-key products) and communicating their value through solution selling or business value consultingEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.#LI-ARK1#DICECGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
